Hillside Quickie, Seattle, WA

One of my favorite places in the world, and the only time I smile to see the word "Fusion" affiliated with my food. This has to be the best sandwich place I have been to yet. This small cafe has a HUGE menu of amazing foods, very knowledgeable staff, and great juices and smoothies. Who could ask for more?

I experienced the Seitan Sandwich with potato salad IN THE SANDWICH and my heart stopped.

I fell in love.

I dreamed about HQ so much that I went back to the same joint the second I got back into town from Vancouver BC. And the second time was as magical as the first.
